CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS

Students are expected to main lain higher standards of discipline and a dignified manner of behaviour on the college campus.     

  1. All the students are expected to be present in the class well with in time.
  2. All the students are expected to attend all lectures and functions of the college.
  3. All the students shall wear their identify cards.
  4. Students are not permitted to arrange any unauthorized celebration and decoration of any magnitude in the college.
  5. Political activity in any form is not permitted in the college campus.
  6. Unauthorized meetings, fund collections are also not permitted.
  7. Use of mobile in the college and permission is strictly prohibited in the class room.
  8. Students show Id behave well with teaching and non-teaching staff of the college.
  9. Students should take care of college property and should not involve in damaging the property.
  10. The academic complaint .suggestions may be put in to suggestion box.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR TEACHERS

  1. Be caring fair and committed to the best interests of the students and entrusted to their care and seek to motivate, inspire and celebrate effort and success.
  2. Acknowledge and respect theuniqueness,individuality and specific needs of students and promote their holistic development.
  3. Seek to develop positive relationship with students,colleagues,parents,college management and other in the college community.
  4. Act with honesty arm integrity in all aspects of their work
  5. Teachers have to play role of mentor with assigned mentee.
  6. Teachers have to make adjustment of lectures and other committeeresponsibilities before applying for any leave

RULES OF PARKING

  1. All vehicles should be parked in the parking area.
  2. The vehicles should be properly locked and parked.
  3. Every  Saturday will be observed as No Vehicle Day

EXAMINATION RULES

  1. Students must appear for internal as well as University examination.
  2. Students must read the time table of examination displayed on noticeboardcarefully.
  3. Students must be present in the examination hall 20 minutes before the start of examination.
  4. Student  are  not allowed  to carry any  kind  of study  material,  mobile  duringexam.

RULE OF GYMKHANA

  1. Gymkhana facilities are available only to the bonafide students of the college.
  2. The Gymkhana facilities will be available to the students on working days between 7:30 am to 12.30 pm and 3:00pm to5:00pm
  3. The students are required to wear their identify cards in the Gymkhana.
  4. Students issuing sports equipment against IDcards will be solely responsible for any damage breakage or toss of the equipment. He/She will have to bear the cost of damage orbreakage.
  5. The Gymkhana facilities shall not be provided during the examination period.
  6. Students shall not create eanuisancein the Gymkhana through the in words or action.
  7. Eating, drinking is strictly prohibited in Gymkhana.
  8. For any complaint regarding the Gymkhana and its facilities the final decision  you will be taken by the college authorities.

LIBRARY RULES

  1. All college students have to hold the identity card with the seal and signature of college principal. If the librarian / library staff demanded the ‘Identity’ card, student has to show them. All of the library users borrow one book on one borrow card.
  2. In theirreadingroom the students will get reading material on the identity cards.
  3. Students have to return the book within seven days otherwise Rs.1/- will be charged per day.
  4. Don’t use other student’s borrowcard.
  5. Encyclopaedias, Reference, Rare, General knowledge, Rangoli, Mehandi designs books etc. are not issued to users for home.
  6. Don’t write on books, if the book is lost, student have to pay one and half percentage amount of the book price.
  7. Users have permitted open access system in the library.
  8. Mobiles are not allowed in the library.
  9. Before enteringin the stackroom users have to keep belonging son the counter.
  10. Users have to keep silence in the library.
  11. If the students are taking participation in the competition, they will be getting the required reading materials from the library.
  12. Issued books will be recovered from users at any time if the library is neededthis book.
  13. The new books will be issued after completion of registration in accessionregister
  14. Anybody needs the specific VIP book,if the demand should be noted to library it will be available to users.
  15. Library is providing library facility to alumnistudents/outsider members as per rules.
  16. Internetand Xerox facility is available to students in the library at all time with charge of one rupee per page.
  17. Interlibrary loan facility is available to students and teachers.
  18. At the end of the year each users should return all the books.
  19. All Users have to obey the library rules and help the library discipline.
